    <p>В данной статье рассматривается переход от картографического обеспечения недропользования к геоинформационным сервисам управления. На основе положений о цифровизации картографического обеспечения и анализа зарубежных научных и отраслевых источников выделены документированные проблемные зоны управленческого цикла недропользования: трудоемкий доступ к геонаучным данным, недостаточная прослеживаемость геолого-геофизических данных, накопление геологической и ресурсной неопределенности, перенос ресурсной неопределенности в финансово-экономическую оценку, разрыв между планированием, исполнением и отчетностью, а также недостаточная зрелость платформенной интеграции и цифровых двойников. Систематизированы классы зарубежных и отечественных геоинформационных решений, показана их функциональная роль в устранении указанных проблемных зон. Сформирована технологическая карта отечественных решений и предложена целевая модель перехода к сквозному сервисному контуру геоинформационного управления недропользованием.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>This article examines the transition from cartographic support for subsoil use to geoinformation management services. Based on provisions for the digitalization of cartographic support and an analysis of international scientific and industry sources, documented problem areas in the subsoil use management cycle are identified: labor-intensive access to geoscientific data, insufficient traceability of geological and geophysical data, the accumulation of geological and resource uncertainty, the transfer of resource uncertainty to financial and economic assessment, the gap between planning, execution, and reporting, as well as the insufficient maturity of platform integration and digital twins. Classes of international and domestic geoinformation solutions are systematized, and their functional role in eliminating these problem areas is demonstrated. A technological map of domestic solutions is developed, and a target model for the transition to an end-to-end service framework for geoinformation management of subsoil use is proposed.</p>
